Obtaining statutory consents and approvals, including: Full Planning applications, House Holder applications, Listed Building Consent, and approval of Conditions. We liaise with the Planning Officers throughout the application. Construction drawings and specifications including working with 3rd party consultants, such as Structural Engineers. Building Regulation applications, with either the Local Authority or Appointed Inspectors - The Building Regulations application also includes obtaining SAP rating calculations and water efficiency calculations when necessary.
