Richard is a chartered civil engineer with over 20 years experience in civil and structural engineering. His vast knowledge and experience includes the production of site feasibility and pre-purchase reports, drainage strategies and highway appraisals. Acting as project design manager he has been responsible for providing engineering design solutions for a wide variety of projects within the residential, leisure, rail, education, defence and retail sectors. Kevin has been responsible for the project management of the design of a large variety of schemes, including housing developments and infrastructure schemes for residential and commercial developments of various types and sizes.
