Design of the Home is possibly the most widely researched and debated sphere of Architectural design theory, it brings ‘the way we live' back to its core element. The Practice also has a strong interest in the effects of sustainable design on the way we live, and the employment of new materials in enhancing quality of living. Roff Marsh Partnership Ltd have designed residential buildings for individual clients, developers and Housing Associations, including the University of Essex, Chelmsford Borough Council, Hallmark Developments and Balkerne Gardens Trust.

We offer full or partial involvement at any stage of your project, be it through feasibility studies, development plans, visualisation (computer or hand drawn) or full design package from planning to completion. The office has links with a wide variety of consultants and other professionals and extensive experience with applications and other legislative requirements. The Practice uses ArchiCad 3D architectural visualisation software to develop schemes with our clients.
