We charge an inspection fee on workshop repairs of £29 which covers the engineer in diagnosing the fault and coming back to you with an estimate for repair. Once you receive the estimate, should you decide to go ahead with the repair then the inspection fee paid comes off the final bill, leaving only the balance to pay.

For over 35 years Jonathan Cheyne has offered a bespoke, personal service to each of his clients, specialising in designing and creating beautiful hand-crafted furniture. Robert Stamper started his career training as a French Polisher / Antique Restorer with Arthur Brett & Sons of Norwich in the late 90s. His natural talent and determination to be the best within his industry spurred him on to set up his own business, which was founded in 2001 - back then, his workshop was so small, you could hardly swing a cat - little did Rob know it was the start of great things! Rob's ambition pushed the business to not only succeed, but to grow also. As the years passed Rob saw changes in what customers were asking for; with that in mind, he continued to develop his knowledge to be able to offer a wider range of skills - as the call for traditional French Polishers decreased, the call for wooden floor restoration and refinishing increased - so much so, Rob and his team have restored many wooden floors, for both domestic and commercial customers.
When you have a particular piece of furniture in mind, but simply cannot find what you need, Rod Larwood can use his traditional cabinet making skills to create pieces to your exact specifications. Work is carried out in Rod's Norfolk based workshop using the type of timber you choose. If you would like us to, we will use suitable reclaimed or recycled timber. Using his vast experience and knowledge, Rod can create exclusive one-off pieces of furniture from scratch or he can repurpose existing pieces to make them more suitable for modern living.

Eastern Windows Manufacture and produce every window on site in our workshop in Brundall and have been doing do since 1985. The New Window frames have a 70mm depth and made in PVCu using KOMMERLING multi chamber profiles, reinforced with galvanised steel. Window frames are available in a variety of colours and finishes to suit the style and needs of your home. All windows are manufactured to comply with ‘A' rating of the current Window Energy Ratings, giving the maximum performance against energy loss.
All our work is handcrafted to high standards by experienced stone masons in our local workshop. Stonework is produced to individual design requirements and fixed accordingly. Our company can offer a full stone masonry service - restoration, refixing of monuments, flint and brick pointing or stone on a supply basis.
