In 1995 he became managing director of his own company, subcontracting and supplying labour to major window companies, councils, housing associations etc. At this stage he also began supplying and fitting uPVC products to the domestic market, which is now the main customer base. Nicks two sons Luke & Ben are employed as fitters for the company, making it a genuine family business.
