Retaining walls are built to hold back ground and stabilise slopes. They provide useful areas at different levels, such as for a terrace, basement or new building. As piling and groundwork experts we install reinforced concrete walls when there is no access restriction to the site and an area can be safely excavated. Otherwise we install contiguous piled walls. For retaining walls in construction projects, a structural calculation is essential for understanding the type of wall that will be needed to hold back the earth on the site.
