BSW are experts in boilers, central heating and hot water solutions. We are qualified in Mains Gas, Oil, LPG and renewable energy technologies and have been operating in the domestic and commercial heating markets for over 50 years. Based in Scaynes Hill, just outside Haywards Heath, we are ideally located to work throughout Sussex (including Brighton), Surrey, Hampshire and Kent. We operate a fully equipped Service Department 24 hours a day, seven days a week with schemes to meet all your service and maintenance needs whether you require an annual boiler service, breakdown repair or an emergency response.

BSW were established in 1962 starting out as a small family run business. Over the years we have grown steadily but our original business ethic hasn't changed. We still believe in providing the best customer care and value for money based on years of practical experience. Our office headquarters are based in Scaynes Hill allowing our administration staff to easily co-ordinate our 80 field based operatives working throughout Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent. Our primary service is providing bespokecentral heating installation, boiler servicing, repair and ongoing maintenance measures of full central heating systems including pumps, pipework and flues to ensure ourcustomers enjoy a safe, reliable and efficient provision of heating and hot water.

We operate a dedicated department that covers Boiler Service, Maintenance and Repairs. Our fully qualified team of engineers operate across Sussex, including Brighton and Haywards Heath, and are on hand to assist you with a comprehensive range of fixed price service schemes for all types of central heating. Did you know? If you are a Landlord or Managing Agent you have a legal requirement to ensure the safety of your tenants by arranging an annual gas safety inspection to be carried out within 12 months following the installation of a new appliance and annually thereafter.

BSW's Commercial Department undertake a range of both mechanical and electrical building services works to a wide variety of organisations including schools, hospitals, churches, museums, public and commercial buildings of all kinds. Our Commercial Department offer a wide range of both mechanical and electrical building services solutions to the commercial and industrial sector on both new and existing buildings. We carry out a range of works including heating, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and control systems.

As an environmentally aware organisation, we at BSW acknowledge our responsibility to promote renewable energy technology to help our customers reduce their carbon footprint. And with the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive scheme (RHI) it has become even more beneficial. Alongside the high efficiency condensing boilers which we routinely supply and install, BSW has developed services to provide renewable and sustainable energy solutions for generating electricity, central heating and hot water. BSW are qualified under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) to design and install renewable energy systems including Solar Photovoltaic (PV) panels, Solar Thermal, Air Source Heat Pumps and Micro Combined Heat & Power (Micro-CHP).

We have a dedicated team of managers, surveyors, sales staff, administrative staff, fitters, contractors and commissioning engineers who all contribute to the success of our company. Executive Chairman John Belliere has been with BSW for 40 years and is responsible for establishing company policy, the recruitment of senior personnel and maintaining the overall direction of the company.
