Livin Room is an affordable option to give you the best of both worlds. Combining the light and sky of a Conservatory with the walls and ceiling of an extension Livin Room is a variable depth insulated perimeter ceiling which is available in different depths. This can incorporate recessed LED spot lights and speakers. Livin Room can be installed on new Conservatories and retro fitted onto some existing Conservatories. The Ultra Roof 380 is designed to look great on new or existing structures. Ultra Roof is a light weight imitation tiled roof system which offers the benefits of a traditional solid tiled roof with all the advantages of strong and lightweight Ultraframe technology. The tiles come in 3 colour ways; Terra Brick, Harvest Brown and Carbon Grey and there are options to colour the fascia boards, ridge and capping materials to ensure your new roof blends seamlessly with your existing home.

If your home has leaky guttering, flaky paintwork or even rotten fascias you would be amazed at the transformation our PVC fascia/soffit & guttering will make to your property. With a vast range of colours and finishes we are sure we have the products to enhance your property. This requires a complete removal of the existing fascia, soffit and barge boards. We then install a 16mm jumbo fascia board direct to the rafter feet. The first few rows of tiles are stripped back and a plastic eaves protector tray is installed for extra protection.

A bifold door is a door that slides open, consisting of panels which will make a concertina and stack neatly against the wall. There is anywhere between 2 and 7 panels in a bifold door and they are connected with hinges and attached to a roller on the top and bottom. Secondary glazing is the process through which a discreet, internal window is fitted to an existing single or double-glazed window to enhance performance. Built in double glazed window blinds are permanently sealed within the double glazed unit. We can offer a Venetian or Pleated blind in a choice of 10 standard colours. Once sealed in the dust free environment of the glazing cavity they will require no cleaning, always appear new and are protected from damage. Externally the Livin Roof finish is Urban Grey (RAL7016) insulated panels. Glass panes can be installed into any roof section giving you great flexibility with natural sun light.

Aluminium windows are a great alternative to PVC. The frames are up to 50% slimmer than a typical PVC window which means they allow more light to flood in to your home. It is also a stronger material than PVC, this allows for larger configurations to be achieved. Each product is powder coated to give a more durable finish which won't discolour, peel or rust.
