I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and the wide range of property maintenance and home improvement services I provide to Verwood and the surrounding areas including, Ringwood, Ferndown, Wimborne, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & the New Forest. Prior to establishing Homestyle Property Maintenance in 2008, I managed the property maintenance divison of a large financial services company based on the South coast. Following which, I then worked for a local building services firm specialising in small & large domestic home improvement projects, such as, painting & decorating, kitchen & bathroom installation, property renovations and refurbishments, and insurance repairs for one of the major home insurance providers.

Homestyle Property Maintenance specialises in the reinstatement and restoration of residential properties after the event of an insured peril, taking pride in meeting and exceeding the required service standards for building insurance claims. Due to my experience in insurance repairs, services include a wide variety of insurance-related work, including 'trace & access' works i.e. If your property has suffered any damage as a result of fire, flood, theft/burglary, storm damage or any other claim that may be covered by your insurance company, contact me for a free no obligation estimate.

I specialise in the fitting and design of fitted kitchens. I can assist whether it be a new kitchen for a small flat or a large home. My services cover everything from design, to preparation work and fitting of the whole kitchen, from start to finish. Should any specific gas work be required, i.e. the installation of a new gas hob, this work is undertaken by my recommended Gas Safe registered plumber. In addition, any specific electrical work, like the installation of kitchen electrics, is completed by my recommended NIC EIC registered electrician, where required.

Basic domestic electrical work undertaken, ranging from general electrics around your home such as replacement lights & light fittings to new switches, sockets and security lighting. I can cater for small and large domestic painting and decorating jobs to suit all needs, designs and budgets. In addition to standard painting and decorating, I can also provide custom work for complex areas like alcoves, or decorative effects, like feature walls. I can assist with every aspect of your painting and decorating needs, whether you have something particular in mind, have sourced your own paints or wallpapers, or you need some free advice if you aren't sure about what you want.

In addition to providing property maintenance services to domestic clients, Homestyle Property Maintenance also provides general property maintenance and domestic repair services to local businesses and commercial clients. Over the years, I have undertaken a number of projects for local businesses and small commercial clients based across Dorset and Hampshire. For example, back in 2010, I undertook a large office renovation for a commercial client based in Ringwood which involved the clearing and redecoration of a number of offices, building and installing a wide variety of bespoke fitted office furniture, and the design and fitting of high quality male and female toilet facilities.

I also undertake floor tiling, wall tiling or splashback tiling, installation of extractor units, glass bath/shower screens, bathroom electrical work and painting & decorating. I even install electric showers and fully tiled wet rooms. After many years in the building trade, I established Homestyle Property Maintenance in 2008 to provide the widest range of property maintenance, handyman and home improvement services to Verwood and the surrounding areas.

I can provide a wide range of exterior/external works, ranging from the installation of wooden decking, shed building, shed repairs, replacement of shed roofs, replacement garage doors and the installation of replacement porches. I also provide external painting services, including painting brickwork walls, sheds, garages and wooden window frames & doors to protect them from the cold and wet winter weather.
