Corroless Eastern was established in 1992 by Andy Hunt as the independently owned distributor of the high quality range of Corroless Corrosion Control materials. In order to offer greater quality and single source responsibility where required a contracting arm of the business was established conducting the full range of specialist coating applications from tank linings to resin flooring that we still offer to this day. This single source approach proved extremely favourable to clients and is an approach we still hold dear despite branching out into applying other manufacturers materials where specified or most suitable.

Since our inception in 1992 we have offered a broad portfolio of services beyond that of either simply an industrial coatings or resin flooring company. This breadth of knowledge of coatings systems and technologies from floor to roof and everything in between allows us to partner with the most suitable supplier for your project and problem solve like few others can or will. Corroless Eastern are approved applicators for several manufacturers, offering the complete spectrum of flooring systems. From rapid cure slip-resistant resin flooring systems to steam cleanable polyurethane screeds we are able to pass on our knowledge and experience to you the client and provide a resin floor that is high quality and fit for purpose.

From impact resistance through to chemical and abrasion resistance. However what all industrial flooring applications have in common is that if your floor is not in service your production is being disrupted. Using our 25 years industrial flooring experience we are able to select the correct Industrial Resin Flooring specification from a range of manufacturers and tailor this to your individual sites requirements to offer maximum durability and minimise down time and future maintenance. Often when repairing floors significant repairs are required to the substrate before a new resin floor can be applied.

Increasingly the environmental and health impacts of abrasive blasting and the associated dust created means that it is often preferable to avoid abrasive blasting where possible. Here at Corroless Eastern, we have invested in dust free surface preparation through the purchase of a Hughes Ultrabar 24 Ultra-High-Pressure UHP Water Jetting unit. This diesel powered unit has the ability to tear through coatings and corrosion with nothing more than the power of water compressed to 40,000 PSI to give a clean, dust free surface suitable for coating application.
