This Atrium roof refurbishment took place on a prestigious Norwich city center store, the glazing bars were all successfully resealed, with no impact on the stores trading pattern.
Waitrose Harrogate was a 3200m slate roof job completed within the 14 week programme. We installed sectional scaffold, covered in debris netting to allow work to progress with little impact on parking, for the branch. The main railway track runs under this car park, a two ton weight limit is in.
This is one of our jobs from the end of 2018, the existing Balcony roof deck was leaking into the properties below. This was because the existing tiles had worn thin, and had become a safety hazard. The existing tiles were removed, the deck was cleaned and prepared, and a liquid plastic solution.
