Our client has a beautiful home situated on the beach in Pevensey Bay. They originally approached us with a vision to construct a double garage towards the back of the property and then alter the existing garden to provide a cleaner space with easier access to the main property. This project involved levelling off a steep incline to the garden and then constructing a new double garage, landscaping the garden and then completing a block paving driveway. Our client's terraced property unfortunately suffered extensive damage following an electrical fire.

We are really pleased to be back home after a house fire meant we had to move out for 9 months. Domsalla Building Services were appointed by our insurance company in February 20; just before lockdown, which were uncertain times for everyone. Steve (Domsalla Building Services) did not let the challenges associated with this unprecedented national crisis, such as getting supplies and changing ways of working, stall the progress on repairing our house. I am impressed at the result; the essential work from the plumbing, electrics, walls and ceilings and replacement windows and doors carried out are well fitted and are of good quality.

As we carry out lots of insurance claims, we have developed a part of the company to handle trace and access which is locating where the leak is within the property. A leak is not always easy to find and for this we have to go through the process of elimination. To help with this we have listening devices, thermal image devices and a lot of experience. We have even pinpointed leaks on water mains that cross fields in rural areas.
