Shot Blasting involves forcing an abrasive material through a jet nozzle under pressure from compressed air. The process removes remove rust, scale and existing paint from your components, thus providing a clean surface ready for re-coating if required. It is a very effective method for cleaning and / or preparing surfaces for re-coating, including Powder Coating and Industrial Coatings.

Our Powder Coating division has a wealth of experience and can undertake any task given, be it large or small. We use top quality products including the full range of RAL and BS colours as well as specialist colours, using the latest equipment producing a top quality finish. Powder coating is applied electrostatically as a free-flowing, dry powder and then cured under heat, creating a tougher finish than conventional wet paint.
