We have been manufacturing contract furniture since 2013. Our furniture can be made to order, bespoke to any clients' needs, using only the highest quality materials that are built to last. All furniture is manufactured in our 25,000 square foot factories in Leyland, Lancashire using only the finest hard and softwoods, including beech, ash and oak. In addition, iroko is used for our external/garden furniture and smoking shelters. Our product range, manufactured from the highest quality materials, includes chairs, stools, table bases, outdoor furniture and much more.

Using only the finest materials, you can be sure that your furniture will be built to last. We procure furniture globally using only the most reliable factories without compromising on quality or reliability. We manufacture contract furniture using only the finest hard and softwoods including beech, ash, and oak. We also use iroko for our external/garden furniture and smoking shelters, ensuring top quality products. All furniture can be manufactured to each customers' unique specification or to a sample frame.

We have many different styles of chairs available, consisting of dining chairs, traditional chairs, lounge and tub chairs. Our chairs are manufactured mainly in beech, however we have a wide range of alternative timber options depending on your preference. Chairs are mainly manufactured raw, but we do offer a comprehensive and competitive polishing service if this is preferred. Many products are available straight from our warehouse, however if you require a bespoke product, we are able to manufacture any item specific to your requirements.

Timber doesn't lend itself well to the outdoor elements. Most weather conditions can be harsh on furniture and cause it to deteriorate prematurely. At A & L Furnishings we would always advise the use of iroko which is a durable, weather resistant timber. It is ideal for outdoor furniture, garden gates, decking, smoking shelters and external doors.

Little finishing touches can make all the difference. Some of our customers will manufacture their own products but prefer us to create something a. At the moment, we do not upholster onsite. However, we have a very close working relationship with a number of local upholsterers who we can rely on and outsource furniture to. These fine quality craftsmen have many years of experience and are highly skilled in upholstering to the best quality whilst still being competitively priced.

We take enormous pride in every item of furniture that we manufacture, however our quality craftsmen can also reproduce any one off commissioned bespoke item. All furniture can be manufactured to each customers' specifications or to a sample frame. Our design team are here to listen to your requirements and can provide advice with regards to any tailor-made product that you need. Many customers will not always want a standard off the shelf colour that we offer, which is why we offer a colour matching service.

We offer a range of services to complement our product range, including polishing, upholstery and assembly. Our highly skilled team are on hand to provide you with helpful advice at all times and to keep your furniture in tip top condition. We manufacture high stools, low stools, bar stools and foot stools. Our range of stools can be produced in different heights and designs depending on your requirements. Our experienced craftsmen will endeavour to manufacture a product to suit any customers' needs. Our stools are manufactured mainly in beech, however we have a wide range of alternative timber options depending on your preference. You can choose to have your product unpolished so that you can finish the item of furniture to your own design.
