Established in 1996 by Nicholas Warns our Practice has grown into the award winning team that we have today. The Client is at the heart of our service. As a small and friendly team, based in our cottage style office, we all work together to ensure you as our client are supported. Our practice has four fully qualified Architects led by Nicholas Warns who are all experienced in historic building repairs. They are supported by a strong administration team and junior technical support. We can also provide an in-house CDM Principal Designer service, if required.
