We provide a full architectural service for residential, commercial, and industrial developments from small domestic extensions / alterations to 'new builds' and complete housing developments including roads, services etc. Our plans will be suitable for both application and building purposes. We also act as your agent in submitting planning, building regulations and other applications and will also negotiate with statutory authorities and utility services on your behalf. If required, we can provide you with further services throughout the construction project including preparing specifications and tender documents, controlling and administering contracts which includes preparing and issuing interim and final account certificates.
We provide a full surveying service for both residential and commercial properties throughout Norfolk. Our four most popular forms of survey are listed below with a brief description. If you require any further information please do not hesitate in contacting us. We introduced the Property Purchase Report due to client demand for a more in depth survey than that of the standard RICS Homebuyer Service, however not to the extremes / cost of a full building survey when a detailed technical description of the materials used in the construction is not necessary.
