Tri-Dev Limited cater for a wide range of small to large fabrications and specialist machine for all industries covering architectural, industrial and agricultural projects, all manufactured to suit our clients specifications and requirements and designed in accordance with all the latest regulations and British Standards. The company, formed in 1968, has gained vast experience over the years and have designed machines and fabrications for industries, such as, automotive, foundries, filtration and many, many more.
The company was initially formed in 1968 by three engineers, to carry out development work on machinery, predominately within the pottery industry. Over the years the client base has been extended to cover industries such as automotive, mining, steel production and textiles etc. During the more recent years, following the demise of a lot of manufacturing industries, we have concentrated on the production of quality fabrications within the building sector, producing architectural stairs, fire escapes, balustrades and specialist structures.
During the past 25 years, Tri-Dev have utilised Computer Aided Design (CAD) and detailing. Tri-Dev use CAD in the design of steel fabrication and specialist machinery and in the drafting and design of all types of engineering, from hoppers, conveyors, staircases to the largest commercial and industrial structures. CAD is mainly used by Tri-Dev for detailed engineering of 2D drawings of physical components, but we also use CAD throughout the engineering process from layout of products. CAD enables the Tri-Dev designers to lay out and design work on-screen, send it to print or save for future editing, cutting time on the clients project.
