Using state of the art machinery combined with a time served coded welding fabrication team Expervent can produce a wide range of fabricated bespoke items to suit your requirements. Our in house design engineers can visit site and produce detailed CAD site layout drawings before producing detailed manufacturing drawings for your approval. We are able to manufacture 1 off bespoke individual items or full turnkey design packages dependant on your individual requirements. Our large modern manufacturing facility is equipped with a range of fabrication plant and has the capacity to manufacture a vast range of items working with all types of metals with thicknesses up to 10mm.
The range of Firemac Duct systems are extensively tested and assessed to BS 476: Part 24: 1987 (ISO 6944 - 1985) and use a fire protection cloth called Firemac FM Fabric, Firemac FM60 (one hour fire resistance), Firemac FM120 (two hours fire resistance) and Firemac FM240 (four hours fire resistance), this cloth is bonded and mechanically fixed onto steel ductwork by the ductworker at the point of fabrication rather than on the building site. The fabric used in Firemac systems has been developed to meet the demands of the HVAC industry and is applied at the point of fabrication, keeping all aspects of the project in house and under our control.
