Similar to conservatories and orangeries, Garden Rooms typically have glazing on the side elevations but with a tiled roof and vaulted ceiling to minimise extremes of temperature in winter and summer. Although there is no formal design definition for a Garden room, they can be the perfect space creating solution, offering an alternative to traditional home extension methods such as conservatories. It may be a stand-alone structure, or an extension to your property, but it gives you a private space, and with the addition of bi fold doors, opens your home to the garden area.
Stable doors have all the benefits of a standard composite door with the added advantage of two separate panels that can operate independently from one another. The stable door is split into an upper and lower half traditionally, and allows the two halves to be opened separately. This is particularly beneficial when you want to let natural light into your home, add extra ventilation, or simply want to keep an eye on your children or pets whilst they are in the garden. Composite stable doors are now a more common feature in urban and contemporary properties.
Our range of bi-fold doors enables you to expand your living space in the summer by opening up wide expanses of your external walls, whilst at the same time keeping the weather out, and the heat in, during cold months. Our stylish but practical bi-fold doors are built to your needs, offering you a bespoke solution every time, from the configuration of the doors to the handles, accessories and colour, making bi-fold doors the perfect addition to any home. We have a range of standard colours that are available across all our products however we also offer a complete range of RAL colours as a special order.
Casement windows remain the most popular, practical, and versatile solution for replacement windows and because each window is tailor-made for your home, you can be as creative as you like in the design. Casement windows can be locked in a night vent position for ventilation. You can also choose to have restricted hinge openings to keep the children safe. In addition to being low maintenance, casement windows reduce unwanted outside noise and offer a draught free, energy efficient solution.
For those of us who want to use their conservatory all year round, the 'Warm Roof' system has been developed. Designed to be installed as a retro-fit onto existing conservatory window frames, tiled conservatory roof systems convert your glass-roofed conservatory into a usable all year round room. If you have an existing conservatory with a glass roof, you may agree that it is too hot in summer and cold in the winter. With a tiled conservatory roof system, you will be able to even out the temperature differences.
Considering having building work carried out? Selecting a builder can be a worrying exercise, but if you prepare properly there shouldn't be a problem. The photos show internal, finished views of typical building work we have previously carried out to illustrate what can be achieved with the new space created. There is no intention of misleading customers into thinking we have carried out all the work illustrated in the photographs. Kitchens and Furnishings may have been supplied by others. We offer the photos as a guide only to show what can be achieved with your ideas, and our ability to create the space that transforms those ideas into reality.

These are now a well-established, but more cost-effective way of adding extra space to your property than a traditional bricks and mortar extension. It used to be the case that they could only be used in the summer months, but now with modern heating and thermally efficient roofs, and can be used all year round. It is difficult to advise whether Planning consent is required or not. We always advise to discuss your project with the local Planning Authority to be on the safe side. Conservatories come in various shapes - Edwardian, Victorian, P-shaped, and Lean-To, or any combination as required, and are available in differing styles, designs, and colours to blend sympathetically with your property.

Although most of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty, we can carry out repairs to most types of double glazed products either fitted by ourselves and now out of warrenty, or fitted by others. This is subject to spare parts still being available. This includes door barrels, handles, mechanisms, door seals and misted-up double-glazed units.
We can help by either replacing or capping your fascia and fitting new gutters & downpipes.
