This luxury development was awarded UK Site of the Year 2019.

Paintworks NI have a wealth of experience in all aspects of painting and decorating; we are accomplished in working to detailed work scopes and specifications, while accommodating the individual needs of the residential client. This impressive apartment overlooking the coast was given a complete interior makeover, inclusive of all ceilings, walls, woodwork and doors. Furniture throughout was sprayed to achieve the modern finish our client desired. Our returning client asked us to modernise their stunning kitchen, creating a feature of their island.

The historic restoration of a 1914 war ship posed a new and exciting challenge for Paintworks NI. We sprayed the entire interior of the ship with industrial coatings, from the engine room, to the 'Great Hall', to the cabins - it was a pleasure to watch a piece of history revived.
