ROL Group provides a range of HVAC installation services ranging from a single room installation, such as a server room or a clean room environment, to the installation of an entire building having multiple rooms of varied use over a number of floors.

ROL Group wish to further develop our established supply chain by engaging with electrical, mechanical, plumbing and gas registered sub-contractors for project-based work across Ireland, Scotland and Northern England. We currently have an opening for an M&E Site Supervisor to join our team. Based from our Head Office in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone, the M&E Site Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of multiple sites and overseeing the day-to-day operation of allocated projects.

Fixed Wire Testing is the visual inspection and electrical testing of electrical installations and systems to ensure your building is safe, compliant and operating according to IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). Regular inspection is an essential part of any maintenance programme. On completion we issue an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). This comprehensive report will detail the status of your installation along with any remedial work required. Thermal imaging is one of the most valuable diagnostic tools for preventative maintenance.

ROL Group offers a range of water management services to ensure that your water systems are both compliant with applicable legislation and functioning as they should be. Our teams are qualified to guide and advise you with respect to water hygiene, and the optimisation of the operating efficiency of your building equipment and plant. We carry out Legionella risk assessment surveys including a full and comprehensive survey of all your water systems. We have experience in surveys for the public and private sectors across a wide range of systems and water systems.

These systems are governed by stringent legislative requirements and when you contract ROL Group you can be assured that our work is carried out in line with full regulatory guidelines and the most current version of legislation. Fire and Life safety systems cannot be an area where compromise is even considered. Each light is inspected to ensure the bulb is functional and the housing is secure and undamaged; full duration tests are performed to check that lighting units activate correctly in a simulated loss of power situation and remain lit for three hours; and tested areas are inspected to ensure that the emergency lighting and signage provided is sufficient.
