Our service starts with the design process where you will meet with one of our designers. The purpose of this meeting is for the designer to exactly understand your requirements and needs so that a detailed cad drawing can be produced. Following this initial meeting you will receive the fully specified cad design of your project together with our quotation for the work. Once you are happy with the layout and the design is agreed we will pass the order to our production team who will then carefully manufacture your furniture in our Thames Valley workshop, using a combination of craft based techniques and modern technology.
Clock making and repairing is an old art and our workshop practices are inherited from years of experience garnered by the thousands of clockmakers that have gone before us. We have particular experience in finishes that are in keeping with current thoughts on conservation and are happy to discuss these in combination with our clients' wishes. While we specialise in Antique Clocks, we have a broad knowledge of modern mechanisms, including 20th Century 'grandmother' clocks and quarter chiming mantle clocks.
I have built up my workshop over the years, and there really isn't much I can't tackle when it comes to wood work projects. I hold 1 million pounds public liability, I take pride in my work at all times and offer the full project cycle from design, technical drawing, machining, assembly, delivery and installation.
