Subheat comprises of myself and my brother, originally we started working for my father who started working for himself in the late 1960s plumbing and heating. Things were a lot different then and the work was varied and interesting, businesses were still thriving and a lot of our work comprised of Industrial and comercial. I started subheat a few years as I became interested in energy efficiency and design and good ventilation was a major factor. We have worked on many fabulous energy efficient projects, eco projects and passivhaus builds offering a complete service starting with impartial advice on how to get the best out of your heat recovery ventilation system but also what would be the ideal system design.
At WM Air Conditioning we provide a variety of commercial refrigeration services and equipment. Heat recovery ventilation (HRV) is an energy recovery system that uses state of the art equipment.
As the demand for improved energy efficiency, natural ventilation proves less effective and drives the need for mechanical heat recovery ventilation systems. Poor indoor air quality can be attributed to many problems inside a building. Excess humidity causes dampness, rot and mould, whilst pollutants are known to be a major cause of damaging health issues such as asthma and eczema. Stale air is also believed to lead to a loss in productivity and low morale. A quality ventilation system installed by 2Teck is guaranteed to provide clean fresh air increasing comfort and at the same time reducing bills by utilising energy-efficient heat recovery technology.
Brookvent was founded in 1984 by an entrepreneurial engineer, who set a benchmark in the industry with an innovative 'concealed trickle' window vent. Since then, the ethos within Brookvent has been to invest heavily in R&D and continually produce innovative, Energy Saving Ventilation Systems. Our products range from high performance Window Vents to highly efficient Heat Recovery Ventilation systems (HRV, MVHR), including our latest unit, the aircycle 1.3. Through consistently producing top quality products, Brookvent has established itself as a leading supplier across NI, GB and Poland with a global reach including; North America, Australia, New Zealand and Russia.
Creating high air quality for building occupants is an essential factor in ventilation design. Our experts are able to create custom, low noise, non-intrusive ventilation system solutions which can be tailored to your needs and that result in an optimal level of energy efficiency. We can guide you through a range of options that enable the control of fresh air into your property, from heat recovery ventilation products to ducted ventilation systems - to find your best solution. Air handling units are used to control and condition the air movement throughout a building - circulating air as part of a ventilating and air-conditioning system.
In September 2012 we opened a Showroom with a working air source heat pump and underfloor heating. There are displays of the products from two heat pump Manufacturers NIBE, and Vaillant showing both ground and air source units. There are also displays of underfloor heating options, a solar thermal hot water cylinder and panels. Also on display are modern quality radiators from The Radiator Company and Stelrad and a working model of a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery unit. The Showroom is open from 7.15 am - 4.30 pm Monday - Thursday and 7.15am -4.00pm on Friday.
Water leaking from your air conditioner or just blowing warm, let us fix it in hours and not days. Whether you are looking for the ability to extract stale air from small area or provide a tempered supply and extract fresh air system within a large scale office environment, we are able to specify a solution to meet your requirements. Heat Recovery Ventilation can be installed to reduce the energy load on your buildings air conditioning systems. When a room is cooled or heated, the exhausted cooling / heating energy is recovered back into the environment by a heat exchanger. We are able to install MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) within a wide range of environments from a small domestic dwelling to a large office environment so you can be assured that you will be kept as fresh as a daisy.
We provide the complete range of air conditioning services, working in server rooms, offices, retail units, schools, commercial, industrial and multi storey building applications. Envirocool HVAC specialises in providing expert indoor environment control solutions. Our team based in the north west are highly qualified to carry out air conditioning and refrigeration services, as well as heat recovery and ventilation.
A heat recovery ventilation system works by extracting moist and stale air from rooms in your home or office areas, it recovers the usually lost heat from the extracted air. It also supplies clean, filtered fresh air that is heated from the recovered stale extracted heat within that air. A heat recovery system works (also called HRV or MVHR) via a heat recovery ventilation unit which is usually located in the attic, roof space or plant room of a building. Rather than just extracting the stale air and replacing it with the fresh air from outside, a heat recovery system draws the heat from the extracted stale air and passes it out through the "cross plate heat exchanger" to which the fresh air is being filtered and drawn in from outside.
