After building up a strong Customer base, we introduced fire alarm inspection along with fire alarm servicing which in later years led to the addition of fire alarm repair using our qualified Engineers. More recently we have introduced to our Portfolio fire extinguisher servicing as well as fire extinguisher supply and installation. Based in Cannock, we cover Staffordshire, Shropshire and parts of the West Midlands area using fully qualified Competent Engineers.
Emergency lighting in commercial premises require, by law, regular inspection by a Competent Person annually. The legal requirement for this is stated in the The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Midpat Services can help fulfil this requirement using our trained Service Technicians. Emergency Lighting require a specialist knowledge to ensure that they will work in the event of an emergency. As a result the only sure way is to entrust the servicing and inspection to a qualified Competent Person.
Our aim is to deliver high quality PAT Testing at a competitive price. Over the years we have become aware of the low cost "Machine gun" testers, labelling items while not bothering to correctly inspect them. Matching these prices will never be our aim. As a business, we understand that disruption to your daily routine can cost you money, having several staff standing around whilst there work stations are inspected is not only inconvenient but also unprofessional. For this reason Our engineers work with your staff and try to inspect in a way to cause minimum downtime.
