I've used Merrick and Day products ever since I did my 2 weeks worth of day courses with them in 2007. Whilst I have sometimes used other suppliers due to budget constraints as M&D products have occasionally been a little pricier, the quality has always been superior and I always return to shop with them. They offer an exceptional customer service for pre-purchase advice if needed and post purchase if there is a problem, which is rare. I have ordered several items from Merrick & Day and have been very impressed with their website. Apart from the ease of finding items, I have found good instructions for making curtains etc. Also their delivery system works very well and I was kept informed every step of the way - even when the parcel had been signed for and delivered. Well done. The only other thing I would like is the possibility of delivery to Spain, as that is where I live. Thanks.
