The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a Government scheme to obligate larger suppliers of gas and electricity to deliver energy efficiency measures to domestic premises in Britain. The scheme is funded by the largest energy companies who have been obligated to provide funding for heating and insulation improvements.
