To work efficiently air conditioning systems require regular maintenance, the frequency of which depends upon use. In commercial situations, where the units tend to be more intensively used, it is recommended that servicing should be carried out twice per year. With domestic units, an annual service is normally sufficient. Having your air conditioning units serviced prolongs the life of the units, ensures they continue to work at optimum efficiency, use less electricity and are less likely to break down.
