AccuTemp will always provide a no obligation quotation for the remedial works, this will be approved by the customer prior to any further works being carried out.

We have also undergone industry training by leading air conditioning manufacturers which gives us the knowledge and expertise required to diagnose and efficiently carry out repairs to your air conditioning plant.

Air Conditioning systems, similarly to almost all other equipment with mechanical components, require regular maintenance to ensure the system is operating correctly and to prolong the life of the system. AccuTemp engineers have the experience and knowledge required to carry out preventative maintenance on your system, they will check components for early signs of deterioration and will carry out preventative measures to reduce the risk of component failure and the inconvenience of system down time.

With an AccuTemp service maintenance contract, an engineer will visit your premises to carry out preventative maintenance works on your air conditioning equipment. If any parts or remedial actions are required, we will provide an additional quotation for this work. AccuTemp will also ensure that F-Gas leak tests are carried out in accordance with EU regulations, we will send you a copy of all reports and retain a copy for future records.

Air conditioning usage typically accounts for 20-40% of your total energy bill. By regularly maintaining your system you can reduce the energy consumption of your air conditioning equipment by up to 30%. Our engineer's will advise the customer on actions that can be taken place to reduce the energy consumption and increase performance during the maintenance visits.

An AccuTemp engineer will test the operation of your air conditioning equipment to evaluate the performance of the systems, our qualified engineer will then carry out the applicable checks. Please refer to the sample below. Any recommendations or further works required will then be documented in the maintenance report and a no-obligation quotation will be sent to the customer. If you feel your air conditioning system has never operated correctly, we can carry out a site evaluation to advise on the suitability/sizing of the installed system to ensure it is not undersized or unsuitable for the application.
