We are currently in dispute with this company. They installed solar panels to our property just over 5 years ago and drilled through the slate tile roof to fix the panels. The seals around the fixings are leaking and the tiles are cracked causing the roof to leak which has short circuited the upstairs lighting. The company have refused to take any responsibilty citing their 2 year guarantee period. It took a number of emails for them to even come around and inspect the roof. We are currently taking our complaint through the RECC and have contacted Trading Standards. Needless to say, I can't recommend them due to the poor level of customer service and poor response.
