Unfortunately my in-laws were duped by another plumber who left them high and dry before Christmas without a working boiler for over 4weeks. I called Mark and explained the dire situation of pensioners freezing and even though the team were fully booked he organised for someone to be onsite the next working day and then organised for the boiler to be replaced during the Christmas break.
