To properly keep a fence looking good while keeping it protected is hard work. You cant just paint a fence over old wood or the previous finish as it wont adhere to the wood. For fence painting it needs to be clean, mold free and as much of the previous finish must be removed before it is painted. If all of your sinks, toilets etc are backing up or there is a foal smell in your garden it usually means your outside drain is blocked. If this is the case you'll need your drain jetted. Drain Jetting is quite simply jet washing your drain, a high pressure hose with a special fitting pulls itself through the drain clearing/cleaning as it goes. A simple blockage can be cleared within the hour. If the blockage is recurring or cannot be cleared easily a CCTV Drain Survey may be required. Render has become very popular among builders which is great, but as everything it needs maintained. Moss and algae love render and will quite happily live on it, the problem comes when it starts to become ingrained in the pores of the render. Ideally render needs cleaned once a year to maintain the clean fresh look. We do this by using our high litre per minute machines to spray special chemicals from ground level onto the render, killing off anything living on it. If you leave the mold on the render for too long, there will un-treatable stains ingrained in the render.

Most modern house have concrete tiles which are constructed with a protective layer to protect the tile. Over time this wears away leaving a porous inner which mold thrives on, if left to its own devices will drastically reduce the tile lifespan!
