Our Managing Director Mark Riddell has worked in the timber industry for over 30 years and in that time has developed a formula for creating fantasticz timber structures, within budget, to customer's requirements. Our timber and fencing yard was opened at Melrose in the heart of the Scottish Borders 20 years ago and has continued to produce handcrafted Timber Sheds, Summerhouses, Gazebos, Chalets, Pet Houses, Kid's Playhouses and Forts, Tree Houses, Garages, Stables and any sort of 'Sit-oot-eree' you can imagine.

Our Team of Experienced Fencing Erectors can erect your Fencing quickly and expertly to your specification, we can even take down and remove your existing fencing whilst keeping you secure at all times so no down time is experienced by your company.

We have been erecting Fencing & Timber Decking for over 25 years now and whilst the trend for garden makeovers is good for business, we still see, and are asked to correct projects done by businesses who have jumped on the Decking bandwagon! We were one of the first companies in Scotland to install Timber Decking more than 25 years ago long before gardening and DIY TV shows made it popular. Our fantastic range of Summerhouses, Chalets, Gazebos and Garden Offices are handcrafted here at our Melrose workshop in the Scottish Borders. They are constructed from quality Scandinavian FSC grade timber throughout (No Chipboard or OSB here!). All have a tall 6ft eave height with ex 25mm tongue & groove roof and floor. All our different models are available with a choice of external cladding, either 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove (16mm nominal) or 18mm Loglap Cladding which is (22mm nominal), this cladding provides an unsurpassed finish to our superior range.
