As a company we work with many different house builders and contractors on new estate developments. We are extremely experienced in best practises for these projects and offer a flexible programme for small two to three house developments to large new housing estates, whatever your requirements we have the personnel and plant to meet your needs. We understand the issues on these type of developments when carrying out our duties and have vast experience of ways in dealing with certain issues that arise on site.

When cleaning drains and sewers you have to have the right plant equipment for the right job. At Drain Technology we have access to a wide range and size of vehicles capable to undertake various types of projects from culvert cleaning to chamber emptying. With the vast experience and knowledge we have gained over the years, we always aim to offer a solution that meets our client's expectations and needs. All toilets, sinks, baths and showers in your home or business, empty into the same drain, where it then flows into local water authorities sewer system before going on to a treatment plant for treating. Once there, the water is treated, cleaned and returned to a local river or stream. Once waste water becomes blocked, it can start to back up and could lead to flooding from the lowest exit point of your system. Generally this is external manholes or gully but occasionally it could be an internal point.

Drain Technology surveys are capable of surveying pipes and ductwork from 70mm up to 1650mm diameter. Utilising the latest generation of digital inspection systems and custom made survey units, we are able to provide solutions to a wide range of CCTV survey requirements. Drainage surveys are used by a variety of different clients for a variety of different reasons. On completion of all surveys, a drainage report will be produced to industry standard Wincan software, recognised and approved by WRc, local authorities and water boards.

The best form of defence is attack especially when dealing with drain blockages and pipe deterioration. As a company we offer a monthly fixed price maintenance programme which includes a visit several times a year, suited to your requirements, undertaking agreed specified works programme. Our maintenance contracts can be carried out at a time to suit your needs, we are flexible and operate during working hours or throughout the night and weekend. A Drain Technology representative will arrange a site consultation to discuss your requirements, needs and expectation before producing a detailed quotation, including costs, work to be carried out, number of visits required and to schedule the works.

Drain Technology run a full time specialist excavation team that carry out emergency or planned drain repairs plus new installations daily, on domestic and commercial properties. Whether undertaking an insurance job or working on a new installation, you can expect the same professionalism throughout, ensuring we meet all the latest legislations. If a drain is severley damaged and excavation is the only solution, our team will endeavour to cause as little disruption as possible and once completed will reinstate the ground as near as possible to its original state.
