We offer a full Underfloor Heating and flooring package which includes full installation of warm water underfloor heating and liquid screed for both new build and refurbishment projects. We have been supplying and laying liquid screed since 2003 and have been supplying full packages for flooring since 2007 which includes supply and lay of insulation, supply and lay of underfloor heating, supply, pump and lay liquid screed through to commissioning of Underfloor Heating.
Our staff take their time to ensure correct and neat pipe centres for underfloor heating. We lay a huge amount of ufh pipework and only use Pert-al-pert pipe as it is easily the best.
We also supply and lay smoothing compounds for those small build up areas that require smoothing/ levelling.
We manufacture, pump and lay screed floors in-house. We can lay screed that can take any floor covering after 14 days in the correct environment. Eff ectively, we can provide you with any flooring solution.
As an underfloor heating specialist, we can lay underfloor heating on a first floor between joists, either at 150mm or 200mm centres. We pride ourselves in quality.
We supply and lay a cementitious topping. We then diamond grind and polish the floor to give a perfectly smooth and reflective floor. All you need to do is to mop this seamless floor - no more grout lines! Every person's dream!
