Established in 1971, Our Company has been involved in the new build sector for nearly 50 years with a long standing relationship with a number of National Builders. We have completed to a very high standard, many New Build sites. We strive for the best and are pleased to have been part of the team who have won 3 NHBC Pride in the Job awards, LABC Awards and Seal of Excellence on our Keepmoat Homes site at Burnley Wood, Burnley. We undertake many type of refurbishment schemes working with both Housing Associations directly and on Sub Contract basis for principal contractors.

C Parkinson (Bury) Ltd is a family run plumbing and heating Company, established in 1971 by Christopher Parkinson. Working for the likes of Broseley Homes and others Chris and his wife Shirley built the company up with the ideology that it maintains today. Caroline and Cheryl his twin daughters started work with the company on leaving School in 1983. They took over the office administration and Customer Care Team. Roger his son joined the company in 1988 on leaving school and started his apprenticeship.
