Yesterday at 8.00pm I messaged Dean at Firwood Plumbing and Heating about my elderly mums house. She is a vulnerable adult and main carer for my handicapped brother. She had no heating in her radiators and a blocked sink .
Dean agreed to come out first thing Saturday morning at 9.00am and attended and sorted both issues within the hour.
It was so easy to deal with Dean and I am extremely grateful for attending so quickly it has restored my faith in good trades and would definitely recommend.
Number is now stored and will be back when needed Thank you .

I highly recommend their services. We are currently renovating a house without central heating, and they installed a brand new boiler, piping, and double radiators throughout the house in just two days! The house now feels incredibly warm. The team was very clean and efficient, completing the job quickly. We are extremely happy with the results.

A bathroom leak caused a short circuit in the downstairs lights, requiring immediate attention. I reached out to Dean in the morning, and he arrived at our place by lunchtime. Within just 10 minutes, he pinpointed and repaired the issue—a broken washer connecting the cistern supply. What a relief! Dean truly saved the day.

Excellent service. Dean came to look at the job i wanted doing gave me a price that was a lot better than a previous price i had got. When he arrived he showed his gas safe creds and then went into detail of the work required. When the work was finished it was superb a 5***** job. If anyone needs a plumbing or heating job doing give Dean a call you wont be disappointed.
