A truly shocking company, that supplied four windows and 2 doors. From start to finish a horrendous experience and what can only be amount to a copy of the chuckle brothers arrived to install. They commenced by literally ripping the old frames out, with brickwork, breaking the bond of the mortar, actually then securing two windows to the bricks made loose and now unattached to the structure.
The door fitted at the front and was fitted with a door knocker and a separate spy hole, the spy hole was placed a nipple level and the knocker above. It was unusable, they finally replace door and drilled spyhole off center, in total four attempts at sorting this. Door finally has fixtures installed in usable locations. But know does not close properly, as it's not hung parallel to the frame. Windows not parallel to the brickwork truly shocking workmanship.
The backdoor was measured and should have had a fill strip added, as the hinges are a few millimetres from the internal wall and this means that is a bodged eyesore, as the finishing mouldings do not have the clearance needed to be installed and there result is a dollop of silicone, which is very unsightly for £2000 door. Originally they have not even put the dollop of silicone there and you could see into the cavity wall.
Brickwork was to be resolved as there was some concern with the condition of it round the door before they fitted it and the surveyor coming to look at these and to make sure that this was repaired properly before the door was installed, sadly the chuckle brothers ignored my concerns about the brickwork and just pulled the door out and then decided that they could not put the new wood door in as the brickwork was unsound, as stated there was an issue with the brickwork this was pointed out the for the surveyor came to the salesman and he arranged for this to be repaired and fixed on the install this they could not do and so basically they changed the rear door and then I had to get somebody out at the drop of a hat to repair the brickwork. The brickwork had been reported to be a possible issue, with both the salesman and the surveyor. Yet it is clear care was not taken with the removal of the windows and the installation as highlighted above and below!
Cladding was to be installed under one of my windows and they remove the old cladding and a fastened new insulation and battens to the wall and in doing so broke the bond on that wall under the window also. They manage this by screwing straight into the mortar bed, the original team also installed the cladding upside down and so the joins were visible at the top. They left screws and nails all over the site, proceeded to cut the tops off their silicone sealer and just leave the cut ends all over the floor as little white lumps with silicone, these would stick to shoes and the be transported over the site, fortunately I have laminate flooring and so any that were picked up on one's feet, they did not damage carpet as I don't have any. Although I did read a review on Google, that pointed out that they had previously managed to get silicone all over a woman's carpets (since removed? I have screenshots of the review I think) and it was not really a surprise as to why when I read it, they even dropped a window from a unit they removed, on my driveway and just left the glass all over the drive. Fortunately someone noticed and we cleared it up, before we ended up with several punctures (thankfully).
They did send out a gentleman called Kevin to look at the works and to see whether they had been done to a standard, he decided they had not and instructed the original team to correct this, which they did not.
Eventually this gentleman (Kevin) returned to sort these issues out himself and he seemed to be doing ok. But as he installed the cladding (hammering) the correct way up, my daughter noted further cracks in the wall near the window appearing band this was mentioned to him, he then got abusive and due to his argumentative attitude when this was highlighted to him. So I asked him to leave the house, due to the level of aggression he started to display, as I've have had serious heart issues over the last 12 years, which have necessary dated open heart surgery and pacing, I in fact have level 3 heart failure, this is the stage before being placed on a transplant list (lvl 4).
Sadly then Kevin decided he actually wanted to have a physical fight with me. And due to my health condition and issues my daughter came and stopped him attacking me.
Eventually the owner of the company came out to resolve the works and his level of workmanship is just as bad, it was him that finished the back door, an unsightly mess that cost £2,000!
We were threatened with legal action, so paid. But have been unable to get him to resolve these issues and are now about to start legal proceedings!

Order for £10k+ worth of windows. Installation by Mayfair has caused issues with brickwork that required repair and now direct cause of water leak which has stained multiple ceilings. Company unresponsive. Avoid. Cowboys.

Had a new window fitted very good workmanship clean andctidy finnish had to call them back with a prkblem with the top oppenner but came back following day to resolve the problem which took 5 mins. Good job would be recomending to others.

Had ten windows replaced over a month ago wasn’t that impressed with one of the fitters a bit slapdash when putting sealant on. They didn’t have the drainage caps and one of the handles was broken. I have phoned numerous times to be told I will get a return phone call. I think over a month to wait for these items is unacceptable after all you’ve had all the money. I would not recommend your company to anyone, your after sales service is appalling.

Lovely company and more than helpful! I had 3 of my windows replaced by them and I must say they was very quick within the supplying and installation process and all round a welcoming company. Me and my husband had no problems what so ever will definitely be recommending to others!
