Greenoak is a company with a passion for everything wood. We believe the use of wood adds beauty and warmth to any home. Used from sustainable sources, wood can also have a much lower environmental impact on our world than other materials. Over the years, we have built our joinery workshop up from a small space in a converted stable block to the two industrial units we have today. Our workshop contains some of the latest equipment with our newest machine arriving from Austria just a few months ago.

At Greenoak we want to make buildings that offer practical and comfortable living environments, last for generations, and are things of beauty. We use our skills to focus on quality to make sure that every project we undertake fully achieves its aim, and when we step off site for the last time the result is all you could have desired. We cover all trades in-house or from trusted and regularly used sub-contractors, with the main area of sub-contracting being electrical and plumbing works. Over the years Greenoak have completed many projects ranging from kitchen extensions up to large renovation and extensions of country houses.

Once you have contacted us, we will arrange a time to visit you to discuss your project. People are at different stages at this point; you might already have had drawings done, planning and building regulations approved, and have a detailed specification of works. These documents would have normally been prepared by an Architect. If this is the case then we would gather all the documents, have a site inspection, and look at site conditions that may influence the works. If on first meeting all you have is an idea in your head about what you want, this is also fine.
