J & M Insulations Limited supply and install thermal and acoustic insulation to all types of air supply systems and pipe services. We are further involved in dry board fire protection work including kitchen extract & smoke vent systems.
The objectives of the management of J & M Insulation's Limited is to provide these services in a manner, which satisfies a client's contractual and regulatory requirements. The Quality System of J & M Insulation's Limited is based upon the requirements of BS 5750, Part 2, 1987. The Company's hourly paid operatives are employed under the National Agreement for the Industry, which includes a requirement for accrual of holiday pay. Provision is also made in the National Agreement for the operations of bonus incentive schemes and where applicable, these are employed by the Company.
