A family run business, C&I Smith Building Contractors owes its name to brothers, Colin and Ian Smith. C&I Smith Building Contractors have delivered a highly reputable, professional service to the UK construction industry since 1996. March 2009 saw the development of C&I Smith Building Contractors into a limited company. Since 2008, the company has grown significantly, and C&I Smith Building Contractors have been securing large masonry packages on a full fix basis as well as a labour only basis.
