Founded in Leeds as Kemps Neon in 1989 by siblings, Mark and Mandy Kemp, it didn't take long for our passion for pushing the boundaries to shine through.

Our service does not end after installation as we offer a reliable after sales maintenance service to care for your lighting in the UK, and throughout the world. We can offer a long term contract or we can work on a simple call out basis, basically whatever suits your budget and requirement. Wholly operated by Kemps Architectural Lighting, you can rest assured that your projects will be maintained to the highest quality. We've recently received accreditation from SAFE contractor, a programme which recognises very high standards of health and safety practice amongst UK contractors.

StudioFRACTAL and Hoare Lea Lighting won Public Building Project of the Year for Heathrow Terminal 2. The project was praised for achieving sustainability targets through a combination of natural and artificial light. We provided low level lighting Wayfinding LEDs for this project. StudioFRACTAL also won a Lighting Design Award in 2015 for The Kings Cross Square project, in the Exterior Lighting Project of the Year category. StudioFRACTAL won the Award of Excellence for their lighting design as part of the King's Cross Square development in 2015.
