Founded in 2005 and with over 60 years in the gas and plumbing industry our British Gas trained service engineers and approved plumbers have been giving quality and ‘value for money' to our steadily growing customer database which includes local businesses and domestic customers alike. We have steadily grown and in 2016 moved from O'Connell Street to out new High Street premises, a prime location at the ‘horse' in Hawick. As well as a new face we have always been dedicated to training and development to keep abreast of this ever-changing market, to service customer's needs and to achieve the most energy efficient solutions for the environment.

A boiler service will include of a full check of a gas boiler. The engineer will assess the condition of the boiler, installation pipework, ventilation and any flue for wear and tear. They will strip down the boiler & clean out the combustion chamber, carry out performance tests, perform checks to ensure the pipework & meter are sound & no leaks have developed & take any necessary remedial action. A faulty boiler can be extremely dangerous, increasing the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
