All of our bespoke furniture is handmade in England from the very finest materials in one of our four workshops by teams of talented, dedicated craftsmen. We've been making furniture for over 50 years, gaining valuable experience replicating antiques using traditional, time-honoured cabinet making techniques. Fitted or freestanding, we consider each area or run of cupboards separately and build our furniture accordingly. If it's fitted, we include scribing panels, to take into account non-vertical walls, and over-sized countertops. If it's freestanding, each run of cupboards is treated as a piece of furniture. Each end is fully finished and the piece can be moved as required, just like a dresser or sideboard. All carcass sides and edges have a lacquered finish in clear, golden, mid or dark stain, for easy cleaning.
Each run of cabinets is constructed as a single piece of furniture (just like a traditional sideboard), eliminating double width posts and separate end panels. This design detail ensures maximum storage space and a superior, high quality finish. Skilled joiners employed in our own workshops create all furniture from scratch and there's no surcharge for custom sized cabinets, guaranteeing clients a very practical kitchen that's going to bring so much enjoyment for years to come. Cabinets and cupboards are delivered fully finished ready for final installation saving you time and money.
Each component of your kitchen will be meticulously handcrafted by our team of expert joiners, cabinet makers and finishers. Having our own workshop enables us to refine and adjust to our client's precise requirements. All of our furniture is made to order and your personal point of contact will ensure that you're getting the exact kitchen you're looking for. You'll be able to communicate with craftsmen, designers and the installation team to make sure that everything is on track-or to discuss any issues or adjustments you may wish to put forward.
We will call you to discuss your kitchen project, take a detailed brief, consider design options (cooker, sink, countertops, appliances, etc.) and confirm your design preferences (built-in or freestanding appliances, island, seating, etc.). We will email (and post if our designers can leave their homes) a copy of everything. When everything goes back to relative normality, visit our stunning showrooms in the Cotswolds to discuss your project further. We've been making freestanding kitchen furniture for many years, gaining valuable experience creating furniture using traditional, time-honoured cabinet making techniques.
We offer a complete installation service to our customers, that includes all cabinetry and wooden worktop installation and templating for granite or quartz worktops. Alternatively, if you choose our delivery only option, we are always on hand to offer advice throughout your project and during installation - just pick up the phone for help and advice. We fit approximately one in six of the kitchens that we create. We've always found that builders are more than happy to install our furniture because we complete so much of the assembly process in our workshops, making it quick and easy to install.

Unlike virtually all other kitchen companies, we create your kitchen from scratch in one of our workshops. Every stage is completed in-house. With no outsourcing or buying in prebuilt we have much more control over the entire process of creating your kitchen. All of our workshops are staffed by highly skilled and experienced master craftsmen and women. Each of our cupboards is a fully hand-built five-sided cube, biscuit-jointed and then glued and screwed for maximum rigidity and durability. This means that your kitchen will look the same in 10 years as it does on the day it is installed.
