Established in 1984 we have consistently grown in size and reputation through changing times. Maylarch started life as a property development company before specialising as a Demolition contractor. The Asbestos Removal team was formed in 1997 and fully licensed by the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) in 1999. Asbestos Surveying was added in 2001 and Waste Disposal was added in 2009. Due to our excellent safety record we have retained a full license from the HSE since 1999. The person preparing your quotation will look after you and your project throughout your time working with us, offering guidance and advice on the most efficient approach and keeping you updated with progress.

Maylarch Asbestos Removal Division specialises in the safe removal and remediation of asbestos-based materials. Since 1999, we have gained and retain a full unconditional licence to remove asbestos from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Our clients' portfolio is very varied and ranges from NHS trusts, local government, Railway, MOD, schools, housing associations, construction & demolition contractors, and commercial businesses. This experience has brought us a high level of expertise in working in all types of projects, and we are particularly skilled in operating within occupied live environments.

Maylarch Demolition has gained extensive experience on hundreds of projects, acting as a principal or sub contractor. From brownfield sites to listed buildings, tower blocks to bungalows, schools, hospitals and factories we work closely with clients and other contractors to ensure that works are carried out using stringent safety controls and in a timely manner. Our team is composed of fully trained and qualified Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Site Supervisors and Operatives who are very experienced and have been involved in a huge variety of demolition projects and met each challenge that was presented.
