Established in 2012, Future Rooms is a family-run business, that provides a high-quality alternative to the modern extension conundrum. Having considerable experience in renovation and property development we are well-placed to create our stylish, sustainable Garden Rooms and, being a tight-knit team, to combine this with excellent customer service. Since setting up we have continued to expand our business and now supply over 100 Future Rooms every year to a range of domestic and commercial customers.
Typically, the vast majority of garden rooms and offices will not require building regulations. However, in some circumstances it will be necessary. This is usually determined by the size of your room, its position within the site and proximity to the boundary and the proposed use of the garden room. For example, if you want to include a shower room and main foul drainage connections, building regulations must be complied with. Our team can help you through this process. We use an independent building control company to provide this service across the Country.

Our standard roof construction is from SIP panels, insulated and covered with an EPDM rubber membrane. The EPDM is incredibly strong and resistant. The rubber has a guarantee of 20 years with a life expectancy of 30 years plus.
