We have a wide range of experience of providing civil engineering design and project management skills on projects from inception, planning, detailed design, construction and beyond. We can offer services to support building projects and/or standalone civil engineering works to a number of sectors including: residential, industrial, retail, health, education, public sector, defence, energy and waste.

The provision of high quality structural engineering professional services has been a mainstay of Clancy since the inception of the Company in the early 1970's. Every project brings with it a unique set of challenges and demands a bespoke approach to the structural design. The vast experience Clancy has accrued over the years enables our skilled engineers to apply lessons learned with each new project. Clancy provides high level involvement at all stages of projects, most significantly at the outset, when there is maximum opportunity to apply and reap the benefit of value engineering.

Clancy Consulting offer an extensive range of fire engineering solutions to suit individual buildings. We begin by identifying the unique challenges presented in achieving a compliant fire engineered solution to each project, and develop these challenges into a practical engineered solution to suit the individual nature of every project. We use our extensive experience of smoke ventilation systems, Fire Alarm & Detection Systems (including Aspirating Systems and Voice Alarms), fire compartmentation strategies, fire escape strategies, sprinklers and other fire suppression systems to deliver a bespoke fire engineered solution to each project.

We are able assist from the very outset of a project with the delivery of our Pre-Planning Services, which are supported by our other core services of Building Appraisal, Building Services, Civil Engineering, GeoEnvironmental, and Structural Engineering. We also offer a number of specialist sub-services to complement the above.
