Plastic non-bunded oil tanks more than 2 years old are the most vulnerable to splitting. This can be due to the effects of UV rays from the sun during very hot summer weather, or frost and freezing temperatures in the winter. Our boiler breakdown department is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. If you should have an out of hours emergency breakdown it may be possible for us to carry out an evening or weekend visit. The cost of our (Out of Hours) service would be more expensive and we strongly recommend that you only request an emergency visit if absolutely necessary.
