Rob and his colleagues at HGS have been fantastic! The engineers gave comprehensive and balanced advise when dealing with our broken boiler. Based on this we decided on a boiler replacement. The installation team were friendly, professional and even put up with our bouncy puppy (thank you).

I use HGS annually to service a boiler and provide a gas safe certificate for a rental property. They are always very friendly, efficient & reasonably priced along with providing great advice when needed.
Came to repair heating boiler. Very friendly, efficient and professional and great communication throughout. Would totally recommend this company.

HGS Plumbing were referred to me by a friend after my boiler failed during a cold snap. HGS called round get quickly & after checking I did need a new boiler (I had only just moved & knew the boiler was old, but hoped to replace in the summer). Rob rang me and discussed my options and type of boiler needed. My quote was roughly what I had expected to pay, no nasty surprises. The engineers turned up on time, followed social distancing (masks etc). They were friendly, knowledgeable, answered any questions I had. I left them to get on with it. Within a couple of hours, new boiler was fitted, all radiators flushed & working. All rubbish taken away & a courtesy call from Rob to check everything was ok and I was satisfied with the work. Very happy customer.

Fantastic service provided. Reasonable price, quick replacement boiler fitted by engineers who were courteous, tidy and generally really good guys. Office staff went out of their way to get us a fitting squeezed in at really short notice so that we wouldn’t be without a boiler. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Really good service from a very professional company I have used before. Had a new boiler installed in a new location plus a new radiator and shower. Rob gave useful advice and was quick to get me a quote and everyone I spoke to on phone, the surveyor and installer were all friendly and very helpful. Great service from Rob and the team at HGS. Had a knackered boiler and radiators stuffed full of sludge. The lads cleared the blockages with a power flush and supplied and fitted a new boiler and made sure I didn't freeze in the recent cold snap. Also should mention there was no mess to clear up everything was taken care off. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.
