Once all details have been agreed with the customer, MGF target completion of the design for approval within 48 hours. The format of the design issued depends upon the complexity of the scheme and may include detailed sequential drawings and 3D modelling. MGF provide support via our Technical Sales Team and Design Services Team throughout the life of the scheme to ensure a total service is provided to our customers. We offer site inspections and provide technical advice to customers on training, competency assessment and procedures for safe excavation support.

Construction is recognised as one of the most dangerous industries to work in within the UK. Every year between 40 and 80 Construction workers are killed on construction sites with 500 to 800 seriously injured. Excavations are perceived as being particularly hazardous within the Construction site. As an independent business who operate wholly on an in-house basis, we design, develop and manufacture our entire range of shoring equipment in-house, providing in-depth product knowledge, flexibility to meet demand and the ability to undertake bespoke manufacture to meet customer requirements.

MGF are widely recognised as market leaders in the design engineering, manufacture and provision of modular and bespoke excavation support systems. We are committed to providing our customers with complete engineering solutions and promoting current best practice for all types of excavation works. We provide a complimentary Temporary Works Design Engineering service in support of the hire or sale of our products. This service is carried out by a strong team of qualified Civil, Structural and Mechanical Engineers with extensive experience in the construction industry and is covered by 10 million Professional Indemnity Insurance.
