This is an update from my previous post.
Frank Murray contacted me my message on 1st November stating that he would call me the next day re the building control certificate.
Guess what ?
I haven’t received any call or message re the above.
This is deplorable service. I have been waiting years and believe I may have to take legal advice.

I had work carried out at my property 3/4 years ago by F Murray and his team.
The work was to a good standard but once finished I was informed that it had all been passed by Building Control and a certificate would be forwarded.
The years have passed and despite promises I have yet to receive any certificate. He does not answer calls or messages. This is totally unprofessional and I was thinking is selling a few years ago but can’t. No building control cert.
This is a warning to would be clients.
I wonder if F Murray will now contact me after I post this review.
I will continue to update this post until I receive a satisfactory outcome

Frank has recently completed my new kitchen involving plumbers, carpenters, electricians and painters. The end result is amazing, far better than I ever expected. No job is a problem. Frank and his team did an excellent job on our new kitchen. They were always on time, the finish was brilliant with minimal disturbance during the work. An old kitchen was removed, supporting wall taken down, walls plastered, door blocked up and floor prepared for tiling. Frank kept me updated and provided plenty of information about the job. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate passing details on to friends and family.
